We are committed to providing excellent service and to seeking continuous service improvement. Should the service not meet your expectations, we would welcome your comments and suggestions for improvement.

If you are unhappy with our services and have a complaint, you can either write us a letter, or talk to a member of our staff of your choice, who will record your complaint and send you a copy of what they have noted.

All complaints are handled as urgent and will be brought to the immediate attention of the Executive Director who will acknowledge the receipt of your complaint within 7 working days. The Executive Director will carry out an investigation and will respond to you within 14 working days of the letter of acknowledgement. All complaints are reviewed by the Non-Executive Chairman.
